Shipping Times

 

We try get the items you have purchased to you as quickly as possible but because of many things that are simply out of our control including shipping times. We source products from around the world to bring you the widest range in items because of this our shipping times can be as longer than expected and we ask you to be patient.

 

We ship Australia wide and globally.

Your responsibilities in Shipping

 

  • We are not liable for any incorrect input of information including shipping addresses, shipping name or any other incorrect input of information.

 

  • We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages from within the shipping process or after it has been delivered to you.

 

*Some products may have shipping charges and we are not responsible for these costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns may be lodged within 14 days of receiving the product in the mail via emailing returns@caravelle.com.au if it meets the criteria below. Please note we do not offer any returns for products that do not meet the criteria below.

Criteria

 

 

  • You must return the item undamaged, in the packaging it was sent to you in (with exception of any damage already present).

 

  • Product must be broken, faulty or in used condition to warrant return.

 

  • You must supply proof of order such as an order number, email receipt or other evidence that can provide proof of purchase.

How the Returns will work

 

1. You will email us to request a return at returns@caravelle.com.au.

 

2. We will verify your compliance with the return criteria and provide return address.

 

3. You will need to post the item to the return address provided by us with some verifiable details of product order such as an order number, paper copy of email receipt or copy of returns correspondence with the item in the post.

 

4. Once returned to us we will offer you a replacement, full refund or store credit depending on your preference. We will also refund the cost of shipping the product back to us so long as the product was damaged or faulty.

 

5. Finally we will post any replacements or issue any refunds/store credits for returned products within 30 days of receiving them at our return address.

Terms & Conditions of Returns

 

  • All returns must meet the above criteria in our returns policy.

 

  • All returns will be processed within 30 days of receiving a product at our return address.

 

  • The item must be undamaged and unused in original packaging.

  • We do not pay for the postage cost of returning an item if it is international.

 

  • Items returned that are not eligible for a refund/store credit will disposed of or mailed back to you at your own cost.

 

  • Refunds will only be sent via the payment method used to purchase the product.

 

  • All products that are purchased with a store credit or gift card are not eligible for return.

 

  • These terms & conditions remain current even in the situation of miscommunication or otherwise.
