  • Can I return a product?
    Yes, if the product you received was broken, faulty or in used condition this may warrant a return. (Be careful when choosing your items) To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and it must be undamaged, unopened, and unused in original packaging.   • Why has my order not arrived yet?
    We try get the items you have purchased to you as quickly as possible but because of many things that are simply out of our control including shipping times this can sometimes be delayed. We source products from around the world to bring you the widest range in items and because of this our shipping times can be longer than expected and we ask you to be patient.   • I can’t find a product I want.
    We would love to add what you need and that is why we are happy to receive suggestions in what products to add to our store. To make a suggestion, simply visit our contact page and send us a message. If you are after specific orders, we can source these products for you from our international suppliers.
  • Do I need to pay for shipping?

  • Why am I being taxed on my order?
    By law, we are required to pay tax on all products shipped to you. To make sure that we can offer the best price to you we have a charge at the end of your order which will make sure we pay the obligated tax.
